Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner had<br \/>\n\talso preferred a writ petition before this Court, which ultimately<br \/>\n\tcame to be withdrawn as stated by the petitioner. In view of the<br \/>\n\tsame, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the<br \/>\n\tRevisional Authority and to pray for protecting him pending Revision<br \/>\n\tApplication, failing which the Revision Application will become<br \/>\n\tinfructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid, the petitioner will make appropriate application<br \/>\n\tfor protecting his possession to the Revisional Authority within a<br \/>\n\tperiod of four weeks from today. If such an application is made by<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner, the same will be considered by the Revisional<br \/>\n\tAuthority in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from<br \/>\n\tthe date of receipt of such application.
