Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :05\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                 C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No. 23616 of 2005\n                   ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 5th day of June, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The writ petition is filed challenging recovery proceedings for<\/p>\n<p>recovery of arrears of gratuity payable by the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>respondents 5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted<\/p>\n<p>that under interim orders of this Court, substantial amounts have<\/p>\n<p>been paid. I do not find any justification to delay payment any<\/p>\n<p>more. However, since in view of the financial difficulty expressed<\/p>\n<p>by petitioner, petitioner is granted another four months time from<\/p>\n<p>today to pay the entire arrears with interest. If payments are not<\/p>\n<p>made on or before 30\/09\/2008, recovery will be continued<\/p>\n<p>thereafter.
