UC 226 - Krishan Chand Sharma Vs. State of\n\n       Rajasthan and Ors.\n\n\n\n             Accordingly, this petition for writ too is disposed of in\n\n       terms of the judgment referred above. The respondents are\n\n       directed to ascertain the fact about working of the petitioner with\n\n       Panchayat Samiti from the date on which the decision was taken\n\n       by the Government for absorption of Assistant Secretaries as\n\n       Secretary.
