But, as rightly pointed<\/p>\n<p>out by Mr.K.J.Mohammed Anzar, Government Pleader Ext.P2 appeal<\/p>\n<p>directed against Ext.P1 order will not be maintainable before the<\/p>\n<p>respondent. Appeal, if at all, will have to be preferred against Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>to the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions.                   Since it is<\/p>\n<p>apparent that Ext.P2 appeal is not maintainable before the respondent,<\/p>\n<p>this Court will not be justified in issuing any direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondent for disposing of Ext.P2 appeal.
