      Admittedly the petitioner is a staff of       Post and<\/p>\n
Telegraphic Department. Though the challenge in the writ<\/p>\n
petition is against the notice issued by the Tahasildar, it<\/p>\n
obviously is in consequence of the action directed to be<\/p>\n
taken by the Department of Post and Telegraph.           The<\/p>\n
cause of action is cognizable by the Central Administrative<\/p>\n
Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
      Writ petition is therefore dismissed without prejudice<\/p>\n
to the right of the petitioner to move the Tribunal under<\/p>\n
the Administrative Tribunal’s Act.<\/p>\n
