No. 26726 OF 2009\n\n         = = = = = = = = = = = = = == = = = = = = =\n\n           Dated this the 23rd day of September 2009.\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a physically handicapped person and a Sub<\/p>\n<p>Engineer in the Electricity Board. He has been transferred from<\/p>\n<p>Kollengode to Nelliampathy, which according to him entails<\/p>\n<p>travel of more than 50 Kms away. He has approached the Chief<\/p>\n<p>Engineer by Ext.P3 representation aggrieved by the said<\/p>\n<p>transfer.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I heard the learned Standing Counsel for the Board also.<\/p>\n<p>      3. The first respondent shall look into Ext.P3 and take a<\/p>\n<p>decision, considering the fact that petitioner is a physically<\/p>\n<p>handicapped, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.
