By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated<br \/>\n12.08.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 12.08.2009, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as<br \/>\nwell as the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The<br \/>\npetitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n12.08.2009, to the third respondent, along with a copy of this order. However,<br \/>\nit is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion<br \/>\non the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above<br \/>\ndirections.
