No. 16717 of 2011)\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>03\/-   26\/08\/2011                     Since both these applications arising out of one common<\/p>\n<p>                        case are taken up together and being disposed of by this composite<\/p>\n<p>                        order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon<\/p>\n<p>                        copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner of both the applications apprehend their arrest,<\/p>\n<p>                        in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011 for the<\/p>\n<p>                        offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 328, 307\/34 and<\/p>\n<p>                        302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Nawada.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                        seeks permission to withdraw both the applications with a liberty to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            surrender before the court below within a fortnight for a prayer of<\/p>\n<p>            regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being<\/p>\n<p>            prejudiced of instant withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Accordingly, both the applications stands disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>            withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen\/-                            ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
