Representatives of the\n\n3rd respondent-Insurance Company and counsel are also present.\n\nAfter discussion, Insurance Company has offered to pay an additional\n\ncompensation of Rs.1,45,000\/-(Rupees one lakh forty five thousand\n\nonly) over and above what has been awarded by the court below,\n\nwhich is acceptable to the appellants.           Accordingly, Insurance\n\nCompany shall deposit an additional compensation of Rs.1,45,000\/-\n\n(Rupees one lakh forty five thousand only) before the Motor Accidents\n\nClaims Tribunal, Ottappalam, for payment to the appellants, within 60\n\ndays from the date of the Award. Representatives of the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent-Insurance Company and counsel are also present. After<\/p>\n<p>discussion, Insurance Company has offered to pay an additional<\/p>\n<p>compensation of Rs.40,000\/-(Rupees forty thousand only) over and<\/p>\n<p>above what has been awarded by the court below, which is acceptable<\/p>\n<p>to the appellant.
