L. Pandya learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service<br \/>\nof Rule on behalf of the State of Gujarat.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by applicant-party-in-person- wife of<br \/>\naccused-Mustak Alam Parmar for grant of parole leave for her husband.<br \/>\n She has produced medical treatment papers.  It is required to be<br \/>\nnoted that she has appeared before this Court on wheelchair. She is<br \/>\nunable to walk.  She has contended that always she is obtaining<br \/>\ntreatment from Shaswat hospital an on 10\/09\/2011 she has also<br \/>\nobtained stem cell treatment from the hospital.  She has contended<br \/>\nthat during said treatment she cannot tolerate pain and therefore,<br \/>\nshe prayed for presence of her husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nparty-in-person and learned APP and perused papers and medical<br \/>\ntreatment certificates also.  Considering the facts of the case, the<br \/>\ngrounds stated in the application as well as medical papers produced<br \/>\non record, this application is granted.  Parole leave for fourteen<br \/>\ndays is granted to the prisoner.  Now, the prisoner Mustak Alam<br \/>\nParmar shall surrender before the jail authority before 5:30 p.m. on<br \/>\n14\/10\/2011.
