The applicant is ordered to be released on bail in connection with  offence registered with Dahod Town Police Station being Crime Register No.I-39 of 2008 on his executing a bond in the sum of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) with  one surety of  the  like  amount  to  the  satisfaction  of  the  lower  Court  and  subject  to the  conditions that he shall, <\/p>\n<p> [a]\tnot take undue advantage of or misuse liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tmaintain<br \/>\n law and order and should co-operate with the investigating officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower court<br \/>\nwithin a week;\n<\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the local limits of the State of Gujarat without prior<br \/>\npermission of the Sessions Judge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tshall<br \/>\n\tmark his presence before the concerned Police  Station  on  every<br \/>\n1st  day of   English Calendar month between  9.00  a.m.    and  5.00<br \/>\np.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of this<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nauthorities will release the applicant only if he is not required in<br \/>\nconnection with any other offence for the time being.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free to issue warrant<br \/>\nor take appropriate action in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBail<br \/>\nbond to be executed before the lower court having jurisdiction to try<br \/>\nthe case. This  application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute. D.S.
