RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n             Bail Application No. 6448 of 2010\n                 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n         Dated, this the 18th day of October, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>the Karunagappally (Kollam District) Police are at his heels on an<\/p>\n<p>allegation of commission of non-bailable offences.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The     learned  Public   Prosecutor,   on  instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that no crime has been registered and that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not wanted in connection with the allegations in the<\/p>\n<p>petition. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment<\/p>\n<p>entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>      Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,<\/p>\n<p>this petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              V.
