No.404 of 2011\n                                     VIKASH YADAV\n                                             Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   05.04.2011               Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is declared juvenile in conflict with law.<\/p>\n<p>                   He is aggrieved by order dated 04.03.2011 passed on Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Appeal No. 73\/2010, whereby          his prayer for bail has been<\/p>\n<p>                   rejected by the appellate court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted that there is general and omnibus<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation against several persons named in the FIR. Specific<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation of assault is attributed to some other persons who<\/p>\n<p>                   have been released on bail. Reference in this regard is made to<\/p>\n<p>                   annexure-3. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   16.03.2011. The grand father of the petitioner is ready and<\/p>\n<p>                   willing to take control of the petitioner if released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court<\/p>\n<p>                   while setting aside the impugned order(s), direct release of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner abovenamed     on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Banka in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Amarpur P.S. Case No. 155\/2009(G.R.No.1124\/2009) subject to<\/p>\n<p>                   the condition that one of the bailors shall be grand father\/full<\/p>\n<p>                   brother of the petitioner. It shall be the duty of the grand<\/p>\n<p>                   father\/brother to produce the petitioner in person before the court<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned as and when required. In case of default in such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     appearance, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail<\/p>\n<p>     bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law. During<\/p>\n<p>     subsistence of the present privilege if it is found that he is<\/p>\n<p>     involved in any other criminal case, the same shall be treated as<\/p>\n<p>     breach of condition of bail entailing cancellation of the same.<\/p>\n<p>                              ( Kishore K.
