Further though he has<br \/>\nrequested that the inquiry under Section 156(3) of the Criminal<br \/>\nProcedure Code could have been ordered, as can be seen from the order<br \/>\nthe learned Judicial Magistrate has considered the details that after<br \/>\ngiving the complaint, the petitioner has failed to produce any<br \/>\nsupporting material or evidence and therefore when no further<br \/>\nmaterial has been placed on record as provided under the Criminal<br \/>\nProcedure Code, the order under Section 203 has been passed which<br \/>\ncannot be said to be erroneous. The impugned order itself refers to<br \/>\nthe facts in detail and it is also stated in paragraph No.6 as to the<br \/>\ncomplaint made by the petitioner was kept for verification and though<br \/>\nthere was sufficient opportunity, the petitioner has failed to<br \/>\nproduce the documents and other material and, therefore, the order<br \/>\ncame to be passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>[4]\tIt<br \/>\nis in these circumstances, there is no reason to interfere under<br \/>\nSection 482 of Criminal Procedure Code or Articles 226 and 227 of the<br \/>\nConstitution of India. It is required to be mentioned that the<br \/>\npetitioner has filed writ petition before the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court.<br \/>\nIt appears from the letter of the Apex Court, that the petition was<br \/>\ndefective. It is in this circumstances, the present petition cannot<br \/>\nbe entertained and the same deserves to be dismissed.  Accordingly,<br \/>\nthe present petition stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRAJESH H.
