RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                               B.A. No. 2715 OF 2007\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                       Dated this the 2nd day of May, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               In  this  Petition  filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.  the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who   is   the   first   accused   in   Crime   No.74\/07   of   Kambalakkad   Police<\/p>\n<p>Station   for   an   offence   punishable   under   Sec.498A   I.P.C.,   seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against   the   petitioner   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned<\/p>\n<p>to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>his arrest in connection with the above case on his executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)  with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               a.       Petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>               a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>BA.2715\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              b.     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself<\/p>\n<p>              available   for   interrogation   as   and   when<\/p>\n<p>              required by the  Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>              c.     The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>              intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>              shall he  attempt to tamper with the evidence<\/p>\n<p>              for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<pre>              d.     Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any\n\n              offence while on bail.\n\n\n\n\n              e.     Petitioner   shall   surrender   before   the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail<\/p>\n<p>              in the meanwhile.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioner  commits   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to him  shall be liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (V.
