The only relief sought for in this writ petition, at this stage, is<\/p>\n<p>one for a direction to the Government to take a decision on Exhibits P4 and<\/p>\n<p>P5, which contain a request for a higher grade to 1\/3 of the Assistant<\/p>\n<p>Executive Engineers and 25% of the Executive Engineers.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In my view, their request may be             considered by the<\/p>\n<p>appropriate authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to take a decision on the request contained in Exhibits P4 and<\/p>\n<p>P5, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. It will be open to the petitioner Association to file a detailed<\/p>\n<p>representation supplementing Exhibits P4 and P5, within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month from today.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             (V.GIRI, JUDGE)<br \/>\nma<\/p>\n<p> K.THANKAPPAN,J<\/p>\n<p>CRL.A.
