Case No.88\/10 instituted under Section-307\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                    Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted that the learned Sessions Judge has<\/p>\n<p>                    committed serious error of record in noticing that the petitioner shot<\/p>\n<p>                    the informant in his thigh. It is also submitted that in case diary there<\/p>\n<p>                    is no such averment against any person. There is only evidence that<\/p>\n<p>                    his gang was suspected to be involved in the present case.
