\t\tLearned<\/a>
\ncounsel appearing for the appellants states that the respondent has
\nbeen reinstated which is not disputed by the learned counsel
\nappearing for the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant has
\nplaced reliance on the decision of the Apex Court in  Jagbir
\nSingh v. Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board and Another,<\/a> 2009
\nLabour and Industrial Cases 3366 and has urged that
\nonly compensation ought to have been awarded to the respondent. In
\nview of the aforesaid decision of the Apex Court, the appellants are
\nentitled to interim order. The effect and operation of the award
\ndated 26.8.2010 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dahod
\nin reference (LCD) 794 of 2008 shall remain stayed so far as back
\nwages are concerned. This Civil Application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
