JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH\n\nPresent:     Mr.Anil Kshetarpal, Advocate for the petitioners\n\n                            .....\n<\/pre>\n<p>Jasbir Singh, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>             By filing this writ petition, the petitioners have laid challenge<\/p>\n<p>to a circular dated 23.4.2008 (P1), vide which, the petitioners have been<\/p>\n<p>asked to do the loading and unloading work round the clock.<\/p>\n<p>             It is contention of counsel for the petitioners that necessary<\/p>\n<p>infrastructure is not available.     If that is so, the petitioners may first<\/p>\n<p>approach the authority concerned to provide infrastructure.
