Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :26\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                            V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No.17834 of 2009\n                     --------------------------\n              Dated this the 26th June,2009\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Petitioner, who has completed his          B.Com<\/p>\n<p>Degree Course from a college affiliated to the Mahatma<\/p>\n<p>Gandhi    University,   had     written     the Final Year<\/p>\n<p>Examination held in April, 2009. Apparently, dissatisfied<\/p>\n<p>by the marks obtained in one paper, he had applied for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.   He is aggrieved that the result of the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation has not been published so far.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I heard learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>University also. There is no justification for the delay in<\/p>\n<p>the publication of results of revaluation in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>Examination held in April 2009.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
