Heard learned counsels.\n\n2.             The petitioner-wife has filed an application for setting\n\naside the ex-parte decree under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act\n\nin the Family Court, Ajmer.           While the said application is still\n\npending consideration before the Family Court, Ajmer, the petitioner\n\nwife has approached this Court seeking transfer of the proceedings.\n\n3.             Having heard learned counsels and in the facts and\n\ncircumstance of the case, it is not considered appropriate to transfer\n\nthe application for setting aside the ex-parte proceedings which is\n\npending before the Family Court. If such proceeding is restored then\n\nsuch application can be considered at that stage.\n\n4.
