Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :26\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                 W.P.(C) No. 34120 of 2010 L\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n         Dated this the 26th day of November, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Case of the petitioner is that initially he had 6 acres<\/p>\n<p>of land, out of which 4 acres were exempted from the<\/p>\n<p>provisions of the Vesting Act and Kerala Land Reforms Act.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, reference is made to Exts.P1 to P3 orders.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, in addition to the aforesaid 4<\/p>\n<p>acres, he also purchased another 2 acres. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>while he was enjoying the aforesaid 6 acres as a compact<\/p>\n<p>plot, an attempt was made by respondents 3 and 4 to<\/p>\n<p>trespass into his property on the basis that the property is a<\/p>\n<p>vested forest. It is complaining of the above, this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.  Learned       Government            Pleader        has   obtained<\/p>\n<p>instructions from the third respondent. It is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>janda was put only at the boundary of the vested forest and<\/p>\n<p>the notified ecologically fragile land. It is specifically stated<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.34120\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>that no portion of the property of the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>reduced into their possession.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
