As passed by Rajya Sabha The Employees&#8217; Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill,1998 -Laid.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>  12.00 hrs. <\/p>\n<p>  SECRETARY-GENERAL: Sir, I have to report the following Message  received  from the Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha:-\n<\/p>\n<p>          &#8220;In accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules  of         Procedure  and  Conduct  of  Business  in the Rajya Sabha, I am         directed to enclose a copy of the  Employees&#8217;  Provident  Funds         and  Miscellaneous  Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 1998 which has         been passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on  the  1st         June, 1998.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p> 2.\tSir,   I   lay  on  the  Table  the  Employees&#8217;  Provident  Funds  and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 1998 as passed by  Rajya  Sabha  on the 1st June, 1998.\n<\/p>\n<p>   &#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=%20SHRI%20SHARAD%20%20PAWAR%20%20\"> SHRI SHARAD  PAWAR  <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=BARAMATI\">BARAMATI<\/a>):    Mr.  Speaker,  I would like to raise a very important issue.  Yesterday, the hon.
