He is the registered owner of a stage carriage, KL-<\/p>\n<p>5L 30.     It is having regular permit on the route Kumali-<\/p>\n<p>Konnakkad.     Now the term of the permit is over and he is<\/p>\n<p>operating on the strength of temporary permit. His application<\/p>\n<p>for renewal of the permit is pending before the primary authority.<\/p>\n<p>While so, the first respondent is unnecessarily harassing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s crew who are operating the vehicle. The vehicle is<\/p>\n<p>detained and checked unnecessarily.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Feeling aggrieved by the said actions of the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court. Learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader upon instructions submitted that some<\/p>\n<p>complaints were received by the first respondent against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner from bus operators alleging that he is not operating the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle in accordance with the permit granted. Therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle was checked. It is submitted that a petty case has been<\/p>\n<p>registered against the driver and the conductor for the reason<\/p>\n<p>that they were not keeping in the vehicle the copy of the permit.<\/p>\n<p>Learned Government Pleader also submitted that the police have<\/p>\n<p>no intention whatsoever to harass the petitioner.
