Accordingly, \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 was \u00a0 scheduled \u00a0 for \u00a0 today\u00a0<br \/>\nthrough\u00a0video\u00a0conferencing.\u00a0Appellant\u00a0 \u00a0did\u00a0not\u00a0appear.\u00a0<br \/>\nRespondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0as\u00a0above.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0a\u00a0reply\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0sent\u00a0through\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 applicant \u00a0 vide \u00a0 their \u00a0 office \u00a0 letter \u00a0 No. \u00a0 CR\/RTI\/09\u00a0<br \/>\ndated\u00a03rd.\u00a0June,\u00a02009\u00a0dispatched\u00a0vide\u00a0ordinary\u00a0post.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Decision\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a04.
