Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :16\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                    ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                   ===============\n                W.P.(C) NO. 24491 OF 2007\n               ====================\n\n          Dated this the 16th day of August, 2007\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Since 1998, petitioner has been working at            the<\/p>\n<p>Government Pig Farm at Parassala. The grievance of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that he has been transferred to District Cattle<\/p>\n<p>Development Farm, Kuduppanakunnu, Trivandrum, by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 order. Aggrieved by Ext.P1, petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8 representation to the 2nd respondent and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government pleader on instructions submit that Ext.P8 is<\/p>\n<p>pending consideration before the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   In view of the above, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a<\/p>\n<p>period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>WPC 24491\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                             : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
