Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.12.2009 and allot shop no.59 to the petitioner at wholesale Vegetable Market Complex (MGR Market), Mettupalayam.\n\t For petitioner  \t\t:  Mr.Anand Venkatesh\n\t For respondents \t:  Mr.R.Murali (R1)\n\t\t\t\t\t    Government Advocate\n\t\t\t\t\t    Mr.R.Siva Kumar (R2 and R3) \n\t\t\t\t\tO R D E R\t\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 18.12.2009, on merits, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 18.12.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation dated 18.12.2009, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.<br \/>\n\t\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
