SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                    ------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.16982 OF 2010\n                   -------------------------------\n          Dated this the 14th day of September, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has retired from Service as a Nursing<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent from the office of the fourth respondent on<\/p>\n<p>superannuation on 31.3.2010. The grievance of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is that the petitioner&#8217;s retirement benefits have<\/p>\n<p>not yet been disbursed on the ground that respondents 4 and 5<\/p>\n<p>have not forwarded the LC\/NLC to the second respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   I do not think that for want of LC\/NLC, the<\/p>\n<p>disbursement of retirement benefits to the petitioner should be<\/p>\n<p>delayed any further. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      The retirement benefits other than the DCRG shall be<\/p>\n<p>disbursed to the petitioner within one month from today. The<\/p>\n<p>DCRG due to the petitioner shall also be disbursed to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner within the said time, after obtaining an indemnity bond<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.16982\/10              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>under Rule 116 of Part III of Kerala Service Rules. The LC\/NLC<\/p>\n<p>shall be forwarded by respondents 4 and 5 to the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment. Based on the same<\/p>\n<p>indemnity bond shall be either discharged or acted upon.<\/p>\n<p>                                   S.
