No. 2484 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                            Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The prayer for bail on behalf of the appellant was earlier<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected and now the prayer has been renewed as the co-convict<\/p>\n<p>                  namely, Manoj Kumar has been granted bail in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.<\/p>\n<p>                  438 of 2008 by order dated 28.10.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                            Counsel for the appellant submits that both the present<\/p>\n<p>                  appellant and the co-convict namely, Manoj Kumar are alleged to<\/p>\n<p>                  have committed rape for six months on the prosecutrix and since<\/p>\n<p>                  he has been granted bail this appellant also deserves to be granted<\/p>\n<p>                  bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the above, prayer for bail on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                  appellant is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant, JAI<\/p>\n<p>                  PRAKASH MAHTO is directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                  bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                  like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                  F.T.C.II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 1024 of 2006\/ 171 of 2006.
