Sri.P.K.Suresh<\/p>\n<p>Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent\/writ petitioner submitted<\/p>\n<p>that without prejudice to the petitioner&#8217;s contentions the interim<\/p>\n<p>order directing payment of DCRG after withholding the sum of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.55,430\/- may be recalled for the reason that the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>review petition has led to delay in the disposal of the writ petition.
