When the result<\/p>\n<p>of the 4th Semester Supplementary examination was declared, he<\/p>\n<p>had failed in the subjects &#8220;Mathematics&#8221; and &#8220;Signals and<\/p>\n<p>Systems&#8221;. He applied for revaluation and approached this Court<\/p>\n<p>complaining of delay and seeking orders to expedite the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
