Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :10\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            ----------------------------\n\n                     Bail Application No. 2147\/2007\n\n                            -----------------------------\n\n                    Dated this  10th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>             In   this   Petition   filed   under   Sec.   439   Cr.P.C.,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   who   are   the   accused       in   Crime   No.137\/2007       of<\/p>\n<p>Kundara Police Station for   offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143,   147,   148,   447,   323,   324   and   308   IPC,   seek   their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having regard to the nature of the   offences and the<\/p>\n<p>other  circumstances   of the  case, I am inclined  to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioners     but   from   a   future   date.     Accordingly,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   are  directed  to  be   released  on  bail  with  effect   from<\/p>\n<p>13.4.2007, on each of them     executing a bond for  Rs. 10,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees   ten   thousand   only)   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M-I, Kollam   and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            (a).       The   petitioners   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.  and   11<\/p>\n<p>                a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A.2147\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              (b).       The   petitioners   shall   make   themselves<\/p>\n<p>                  available   for   interrogation   as     and   when<\/p>\n<p>                  required   by   the   police   till   the   filing   of   the<\/p>\n<p>                  final report.\n<\/p>\n<p>               (c).      The     petitioners   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                  shall   they     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                (d).     The   petitioners   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                  offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
