KURIAKOSE,J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       W.P.(C) No.29074 of 2007\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        Dated: 1st October, 2007\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter. The<\/p>\n<p>grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>submitted all necessary consents and permits and No Objection<\/p>\n<p>Certificates in the matter of his application for licences for the<\/p>\n<p>conduct of a piggery, dairy farm and poultry farm, the 2nd respondent-<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat is going to close down his unit on the reason that licences<\/p>\n<p>have not been issued. Exts.P5 and P5(a) applications for renewal of<\/p>\n<p>licence are seen pending before respondents 2 and 3. The third<\/p>\n<p>respondent will take up Exts.P5 and P5(a) immediately, hear the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and pass orders on those applications taking into account<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P11 and all other relevant documents some of which are<\/p>\n<p>produced along with the Writ Petition, at the earliest and at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within two weeks of receiving copy of this judgment as well as copy<\/p>\n<p>of the Writ Petition and all the exhibits.
