It appears from the<br \/>\ncommunication dated 14th September 2009 signed by the Police<br \/>\nInspector, Javaharnagar Police Station, Vadodara City, that in<br \/>\nconnection with the FIR lodged by the office of the Official<br \/>\nLiquidator, criminal case has been registered as Criminal Case No.253<br \/>\nof 2004 and the same is pending for trial in the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\noffice of the Official Liquidator shall find out &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tAs to whether the<br \/>\npartners and the Directors of respondent Nos.1 and 4 are impleaded as<br \/>\naccused in criminal case or not;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tPresent latest<br \/>\nstatus of the aforesaid Criminal Case No.253 of 2004;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tOffice of the<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator shall depute some officer to interact with the<br \/>\nconcerned APP in-charge of such case and to find out whether evidence<br \/>\nin the said case has commenced or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tTo pursue the<br \/>\napplication for return of muddamal, to receive the muddamal from the<br \/>\nCourt and to take steps for disposal with permission of the trial<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe aforesaid exercise<br \/>\nto be completed by the office of the Official liquidator on or before<br \/>\n14th July 2011.
