Misc. No.6131 of<\/p>\n<p>                           2011 with Cr. Misc. No.7388 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Taking that into consideration petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                           allowed the same privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                           released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                           thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                           satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in<\/p>\n<p>                           connection with N.D.P. S. Case No.04 of 2010 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                           Barhara P. S.
