counsel hpetitioner and also the learned AGA for the<\/p>\n
 respon–d__ents.~  A<\/p>\n
 _   could be seen from the provisions of Section 67 (2)<\/p>\n
the–.Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, where any property<\/p>\n
