Comparative statement of the rates quoted by all the participating tenders for the said<br \/>\n           work.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.      Complete analysis of rates of all the items by the officer of any other office to prepare<br \/>\n           the justification by the office to award the said work.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4.      Complete justification of the said tender including the analysis of rates of all the<br \/>\n           items and all other notings office of the chief engineer, office of the superintending<br \/>\n           engineer cbmc 13, pwd, gnctd or any other rates or documents used for preparing<br \/>\n           justification to award the above said work to M\/s Inalco.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5.      Each and every document, noting, written material internal department or any other<br \/>\n           noting prepared used, submitted, taken from other, notings of concern office with the<br \/>\n           office of chief engineer pwd zone I, superintending engineer cbmc 13, pwd, gnctd<br \/>\n           drawing branch, SW or ASW or any other dept. related to the above tender, all the<br \/>\n           papers, calculations prepared to arrive at the quantities of deviation, execution of<br \/>\n           work, documents , notings, comparative statements, justification statements, analysis<br \/>\n           of rates documents with the office of executive engineer pwd div. 12 or any other<br \/>\n           office, and chief engineer pwd zone I or the office of the Architect or Accounts office<br \/>\n           or legal office up to award to said work to M\/s inalco.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6.      Certified copies of the proceedings and all other letters of the Hon&#8217;ble Arbitrator<br \/>\n           Sh.S.P.Banwait.\n<\/p>\n<p>     7.      Certified copy of the letter dt. 30.12.2008 as with of M\/s Inalco addressed to the<br \/>\n            Hon&#8217;ble Arbitrator Sh. S.P.Banwait.\n<\/p>\n<p>    8.      Certified copy of the letter dt.10.05.2008 of Mr.N.H.Chandwani as mentioned in the<br \/>\n            proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>    9.      All the correspondence of the Hon&#8217;ble Arbitrator Sh.S.P.Banwait with the office of<br \/>\n            the C.E., PWD Zone I, SE CBMC M13, PWD GNCTD, law dept. since last given.\n<\/p>\n<p>    10.     Any other arbitration matter being adjudicated by Hon&#8217;ble Arbitrator Sh.S.P.Banwait<br \/>\n            with the division CBMD-132.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO had given information on points 1 to 4.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO has failed to give information regarding the queries of Appellant and hence PIO deemed<br \/>\nalso refused it. Provide the information under section 19 of the act as sought in Appellant&#8217;s RTI<br \/>\napplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not replied.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Documents seen partly during inspection if they do not have it, they should give statement.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. S.K.Marwah<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. G.R.Sangwan, PIO<br \/>\nThe PIO will give the information on Points 6 to 10 to the appellant. The Commission directs the<br \/>\nPIOs of the Chief Engineer&#8217;s office &amp; Suptd. Engineer&#8217;s office and Mr. G.R.
