      Petitioner was a candidate in the election to Ward<\/p>\n
No.X of Thalassery Municipality.              According to the<\/p>\n
petitioner, seeking issuance of a copy of the videography<\/p>\n
of the election, she made Ext.P3 representation to the<\/p>\n
District Collector. Orders were not passed thereon and<\/p>\n
therefore this writ petition is filed .<\/p>\n
      2.    On the behalf of the second respondent, a<\/p>\n
statement has been filed producing Annexure-A, a<\/p>\n
direction issued by the second respondent to the 1st<\/p>\n
respondent to issue a copy of the CD, as sought for by the<\/p>\n
petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
      3.    In that view of the matter, first respondent has<\/p>\n
to issue a copy of the CD as sought for by the petitioner in<\/p>\n
Ext.P3.    Therefore, no further grievance survives to be<\/p>\n
considered in this writ petition.<\/p>\n
      Writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
