SANKARAN, JJ.\n              ------------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(Crl)No. 418 OF 2008\n              ------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 18th day of November, 2008.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner is present.   The alleged detenue Rejani is also<\/p>\n<p>present. Rejani submits that she is not in the illegal custody of<\/p>\n<p>anybody. She is a free person. Her marriage with one Rajesh is<\/p>\n<p>slated to be held on 14th December 2008 and the attempt of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is only to harass her.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Be that as it may, since Rejani submits that she is a free<\/p>\n<p>person and we are also convinced that the submission is made on<\/p>\n<p>her own free will, she being a mature person aged 24 years, we<\/p>\n<p>find no merit in the writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>      We direct the parties not to precipitate any issues in this<\/p>\n<p>regard and in the unlikely event of any difficulty being faced<\/p>\n<p>either by the petitioner, Rejani or members of their family, it will<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(Crl)No. 418\/08              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>be open to them to approach the third respondent, in which case,<\/p>\n<p>appropriate protection will be granted by the police.<\/p>\n<p>                                      KURIAN JOSEPH<br \/>\n                                            JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>                                      K.T.
