Kaurav,     learned    Dy.A.G.   for   the\nrespondents.<\/pre>\n<p>      I.A.21519\/10 :         For suspension of sentence and<br \/>\nrelease on bail of the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that<br \/>\natpresent    he is not pressing the application for<br \/>\npermanent bail and is praying that the appellant may be<br \/>\nreleased temporarily for the marriage of his daughter<br \/>\nKanta which is scheduled for 9th of February,2011. It is<br \/>\nfurther submitted by Shri Agrawal that earlier the<br \/>\nappellant was released on parole and he surrendered<br \/>\nhimself on due date and he has never misused the<br \/>\nliberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Learned counsel appearing for the respondents<br \/>\nsubmitted that though an invitation card has been filed<br \/>\nbut atpresent there is not sufficient time to verify the<br \/>\naforesaid fact and he is not in a position to deny the<br \/>\nfactum of marriage of daughter of appellant. However,<br \/>\nit is submitted that in case of release of the appellant,<br \/>\nstringent conditions may be imposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Considering the peculiar facts of the case, we find<br \/>\nthat the appellant is entitled for a temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of one week from the date of his release by the<br \/>\ntrial Court on following conditions :-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            2&#8230;..\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Cr. A.No.2022 of 2006<\/p>\n<p>07.02.2011<\/p>\n<p>     1. The appellant to furnish two solvent sureties of<br \/>\n       Rs.20,000\/-      each to the satisfaction of the trial<br \/>\n       Court and a personal bond for the like amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. On furnishing aforesaid, the trial Court shall<br \/>\n       release the appellant on temporary bail for a<br \/>\n       period of one week.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
