He has also stated at the bar, under the instruction<br \/>\nfrom the petitioners, that some reasonable time may be granted to the<br \/>\npetitioners to demolish illegal construction and for that, the<br \/>\npetitioners are ready and willing to file Undertaking that they<br \/>\nshall remove illegal construction without any condition that may be<br \/>\ngranted by this Court irrespective of any proposed act for<br \/>\nregularization. It is submitted that reasonable time is sought to<br \/>\nremove illegal construction so that other legal construction may not<br \/>\nbe damaged.
