No. 169   OF  2007\n\n                  ...................................................................................\n\n                               Dated this the 22nd February, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J:\n<\/p>\n<p>         This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No. 44<\/p>\n<p>of 2004 on the file of the II Addl. Sub Court, Thrissur.  Acquisition was for<\/p>\n<p>the   purpose   of     construction   of     a   Swimming   Pool     as   required   by     the<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur Municipality.  It is seen that in connected matters, the appeals filed<\/p>\n<p>by the requisitioning  authority, viz., Municipality  have been dismissed  by<\/p>\n<p>judgment   dated     25.08.2005   in   L.A.A.No.   288   of   2001   and   by   judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated 14.02.2007 in LA.A.No. 154 of 2007.
