The respondent is hereby directed to decide the said<br \/>\nrepresentation, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks<br \/>\nfrom the date of receipt thereof.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicant has expressed an apprehension that the<br \/>\nrepresentation may be brushed aside, only on the ground that file is<br \/>\nalready closed. In view of this, the Municipal Commissioner of<br \/>\nMunicipal Corporation of city of Ahmedabad is hereby directed to<br \/>\ndecide the representation of the applicant, on its own merits and in<br \/>\naccordance with law.
