Written statement on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>respondent Nos.2 to 4 is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In this writ petition, it has been stated that name of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was not considered for allotment of LPG distributorship. Hence<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In reply to the writ petition, it has been stated that interview for<\/p>\n<p>allotment of LPG distributorship was conducted on 26.02.2009 and it has<\/p>\n<p>been allotted to Smt. Hemlata Jain and letter of intent has already been<\/p>\n<p>issued to her.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In view of the above fact, this writ petition is disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>              However, petitioner is given liberty to lay challenge to the<\/p>\n<p>allotment made by the respondents. Counsel for the respondent is directed<\/p>\n<p>to supply complete particulars of the allottee Smt. Hemlata Jain and<\/p>\n<p>persons at Sr. Nos.2 and 3 in the waiting list. Respondents shall also<\/p>\n<p>supply copy of the letter of intent issued to the allottee Smt. Hemlata Jain<\/p>\n<p>to counsel for the petitioner, within a period of 7 days from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of copy of the order.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\nJuly 16, 2009.
