Learned counsel appearing for the appellants fairly  submits  that<br \/>\nthe  appellants,  who  are  all students and who joined the institution, after<br \/>\ncompletion of the course, left the institution.  According to him, in view  of<br \/>\nthe  above  fact  and  subsequent  developments,  no  further  adjudication is<br \/>\nrequired in this matter.  However, learned counsel for  the  appellants  seeks<br \/>\nobservation  that  the  question relating to the power of University in fixing<br \/>\nthe revised fees is to be left open.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.  In the light of the conclusion arrived at by  the  learned  single<br \/>\nJudge,  we  are  of  the  view  that there is no such observation is required.<br \/>\nHowever, it is made clear that if the same is permissible, the appellants  are<br \/>\nfree to raise the same at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
