JUSTICE R.M.DOSHIT)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nApplication for review has been taken out by the respondent \u00fd  writ<br \/>\npetitioner in above Special Civil Application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nabove Letters Patent Appeal had come up for hearing before us on 3rd<br \/>\nApril, 2008. Ms.Vyas, the learned advocate appearing for the<br \/>\napplicant \u00fd  respondent had made a statement that the Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.25883\/2007 preferred by the applicant against the<br \/>\norder of termination of service was withdrawn by the applicant. Based<br \/>\non the said statement, this Court had made order dated 3rd<br \/>\nApril, 2008, now under review. Ms.Vyas has submitted that the<br \/>\naforesaid statement made by her was not accurate in as much as the<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.25883\/2007 was not withdrawn by the<br \/>\napplicant but it has been allowed by the learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nabove view of the matter, the Letters Patent Appeal needs to be heard<br \/>\non merits. The order dated 3rd April, 2008 made by us on<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal No.319\/2008 and Civil Application No.4195\/2008<br \/>\nis recalled. The Letters Patent Appeal No.319\/2008 and the Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.4195\/2008 are restored on the register of this Court.<br \/>\nThe Letters Patent Appeal and the Civil Application be notified for<br \/>\nadmission hearing before the concerned Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMisc.\n<\/p>\n<p>Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
