On<br \/>\nthe statement made by learned advocate that witnesses are examined<br \/>\nand trial is over, on 22nd June, 2011 the statement was<br \/>\nrecorded and order was dictated, however, it is noticed that the<br \/>\napplication was preferred before the charge sheet and, that,<br \/>\ntherefore, the statement could not be true. Hence the order was<br \/>\nrequired to be cancelled and treated as cancelled and the application<br \/>\nwas adjourned to today to enable the learned advocate to make an<br \/>\nexplanation.
