Call for the lower court<\/p>\n<p>                 records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            As regards prayer for bail, contention is that the<\/p>\n<p>                 prosecutrix was not supporting the allegation that the appellant had<\/p>\n<p>                 committed sexual intercourse with her and other witness, like, her<\/p>\n<p>                 father was also non-committal to the prosecution case. The<\/p>\n<p>                 contention further was that the conviction of the appellant was<\/p>\n<p>                 recorded entirely on inadmissible evidence.<\/p>\n<p>                            Regard being had to facts and contentions, let appellant<\/p>\n<p>                 Jitendra Prasad Mali be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Buxar in S.T.
