No. 8572 of  2002\n\n                  ----------------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated 29th    November,  2006.\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   challenge   is   on   Ext.P1   order   passed   by   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   under   Section   7A   of   the   Employees&#8217;   Provident   Fund<\/p>\n<p>and   Miscellaneous   Provisions   Act,   1952.     Since   the   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have an effective remedy of appeal under Section 7-I of the Act,<\/p>\n<p>this Court at this stage need not go into the disputed questions of<\/p>\n<p>fact   involved   in   the   case,   as   rightly   contended   by   the   second<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
