\nrespondent denied:the_charge,h The charge was
\nproved in,theNdo\u00a7sstiosenoair\u00a7, on the basis
\nof :&hichl,the’adorporatiohpfiismissed him from
\nservice as \u00b0perV the raider dated 3.10.1997.<\/p>\n
This dismissal “giye_ rise to an industrial<\/p>\n

Therefore, the Labour Court ought not to have<\/p>\n

\nIn the oireamstaneesr the Lehour Court was not

\nOn the other hahda the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
respondent has.soudht to justify the impugned<\/p>\n
